DESIGN PROCESS // Collaborated with the Accounts team to update design elements in the GSK Brand Guidelines and Pad-friendly Veeva CRM interface layout and visual presentation assets. This work focused on creating a brand-aligned, user-centric design that field sales teams could use during calls with healthcare professionals via the Veeva CRM iPad app.
Visual Design & Layout: Developed high-fidelity layouts tailored for the Veeva CRM iPad environment, ensuring clarity and usability on a large tablet format. This included optimized positioning of key information, promotional elements, and CLM content placements consistent with Flonase brand guidelines.
Asset Creation: Produced and prepared all required visual assets (illustrations, icons, brand graphics) that adhered to Flonase brand standards while fitting within Veeva’s UI constraints. These were provided in formats ready for integration.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Worked closely with the agency’s account teams and technical implementation boundaries.
iPad-First Optimization: Ensured all interface elements, touch targets, and visual hierarchy were optimized for the Veeva CRM iPad app, considering device form factor and user interaction patterns.
OUTCOME // The result was a set of polished layout designs and branded assets that enhanced the Flonase presence inside Veeva CRM’s mobile workflow. These designs provided a clear visual structure for field teams to present information confidently and consistently on iPad devices.
